The Cults / Bieldside / Milltimber strip runs four to seven miles south-west of Aberdeen along the north Deeside Road and Stranog Avenue. It's the city's most settled affluent suburb — 1930s and 40s detached and semi-detached granite properties with substantial gardens, plus a layer of post-war and modern in-fill. The boiler stock leans heavily toward Worcester Bosch and Vaillant in their premium tiers, with smart heating controls in roughly half the homes we visit. Households here usually want the job done right rather than done cheap, which means we do a lot of full-system upgrades, accredited installs with extended warranties, and ongoing service-plan work.

Further west of Cults along the Deeside Road, Bieldside is larger properties on bigger plots, with a meaningful share of oil heating on streets where mains gas doesn't reach. Where we work on gas, it's almost always premium installs and full smart-control systems. The journey out via the A93 is straightforward and we can usually combine a Bieldside call with a Milltimber or Peterculter run on the same day.
