Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, covered.

Belmont covers Aberdeen city plus the towns and villages of Aberdeenshire — from Stonehaven in the south to Ellon in the north, and west along Deeside as far as Banchory. 18areas listed below. If yours isn't on it, ring us, we may still be able to come out.

  • Aberdeen city centre

    • AB10
    • AB11
    • AB24
    • AB25

Granite tenement flats stretching from Union Street up into Rosemount and out to Mounthooly. A lot of our city-centre work is landlord CP12 certificates on HMO and student lets, plus boiler repairs in older Greenstar Junior and Vaillant ecoTEC pro combis. Tight stairwells and shared landings, so we plan access carefully before we arrive.

  • West End

    • AB10
    • AB15

Aberdeen's most affluent quarter, running west of the city centre into Queens Cross and Rubislaw. Victorian and Edwardian terraces, large granite mansions, often with whole-house gas central heating, premium boilers (Worcester 8000 Style, Vaillant ecoTEC plus) and smart controls. Bigger jobs here, often full-system upgrades rather than quick fixes.

  • Bridge of Don

    • AB22
    • AB23

Large modern suburb north of the river, including the Murcar estates, Danestone and Newburgh. Mostly 1980s onwards housing — semis, terraces and new-build flats — almost entirely fitted with combi boilers. Easy parking, easy access, and a high volume of jobs from the family-house demographic. Worcester Greenstar, Ideal Logic Max and Baxi 800 are the regulars here.

  • Cults

    • AB15

Affluent Deeside suburb four miles south-west of the city. 1930s and 40s detached and semi-detached granite properties with large gardens, often upgraded to premium Worcester or Vaillant combis with Hive or Nest controls. We do a lot of service-plan work and annual servicing here for owners who want the boiler looked after properly.

  • Westhill

    • AB32

Modern Aberdeenshire town six miles west of Aberdeen, built up steadily since the 1970s to serve the oil-and-gas industry. Almost entirely combi-fitted modern housing — Worcester Greenstar and Ideal Logic Max dominate. Plenty of new-build estate work plus a busy CP12 market for the rental properties owned by oil-industry families on rotation.

  • Kingswells

    • AB15

Modern suburban village built up since the 1990s on the western edge of the city. Mostly combi boilers on gas mains, with some properties on the rural edge running oil. We work right up to the Aberdeenshire boundary here, and most of our Kingswells jobs are routine annual servicing and the occasional new combi install.

  • Mannofield

    • AB10

Traditional Aberdeen residential area south of the West End. Granite tenement flats, 1930s semis, and the kind of streets where the Worcester R-series and older Vaillant Turbomax boilers are now well past their service life. Lots of boiler-replacement work here, and a steady stream of repair calls on units that should really be retired.

  • Ferryhill

    • AB11

Mixed-housing district just south of the city centre with Victorian granite tenements, Edwardian terraces and some converted flats. High proportion of rental properties — lots of CP12 work for landlords with single units and small portfolios. Tight parking and stairwell access on some streets, so we book Ferryhill jobs with a bit of extra time built in.

  • Torry

    • AB11

South of the harbour, mix of post-war semis, granite terraces and newer flats around Sinclair Road and Victoria Road. More budget-conscious than the West End, so Ideal Logic Max and Baxi 800 combis are the typical install. Plenty of repair work on older Glow-worm, Potterton and Alpha boilers approaching the end of their service life.

  • Bieldside

    • AB15

Affluent Deeside village west of Cults. Large detached properties with substantial gardens, often heated by oil rather than gas where the mains don't reach. Where gas is available, we tend to fit Worcester Greenstar or Vaillant ecoTEC plus with full smart-control systems. Premium installs, usually planned well in advance.

  • Milltimber

    • AB13

Deeside suburb between Cults and Peterculter. Mix of post-war and modern detached housing, with some properties on the rural edge running oil. Most jobs here are annual servicing, boiler swaps approaching the 12-year mark, and smart-control upgrades for owners who want better control over their heating bills.

  • Peterculter

    • AB14

Deeside village eight miles west of the city. Mix of traditional granite housing and modern estates, with a substantial oil-heated population on the rural edge. We work both — gas servicing and repair in the village, with smart-control upgrades increasingly common as owners replace older programmable thermostats.

  • Cove Bay

    • AB12

Growing coastal suburb south of the city. Mostly newer housing estates from the 1990s onwards — Charleston, Loirston and Cove proper. Almost entirely combi-fitted with Worcester, Ideal and Baxi units. Plenty of new-build warranty servicing, plus a steady stream of CP12 work as the rental market in Cove has expanded.

  • Dyce

    • AB21

Northern suburb adjacent to Aberdeen Airport. Mix of housing and commercial, with a sizeable oil-and-gas workforce in the housing stock. We service domestic boilers across the residential streets and occasionally take commercial work in the airport-adjacent business units. Mostly modern combi installs, plenty of CP12 work for relocating tenants.

  • Stonehaven

    • AB39

Coastal Aberdeenshire town fifteen miles south. Mix of older granite housing in the old town and modern estates expanding northward. We cover Stonehaven for boiler repair, servicing and new installs — the journey is straightforward down the A90 and we usually combine Stonehaven calls with a Cove Bay or Portlethen run on the same day.

  • Inverurie

    • AB51

Aberdeenshire town sixteen miles north-west of the city, served by the A96. Significant modern estate growth around Port Elphinstone, plus traditional granite housing in the centre. Mix of gas and oil heating depending on the street. We cover Inverurie for repair, servicing and new installs, usually grouping jobs with Kintore or Westhill calls.

  • Banchory

    • AB31

Deeside town eighteen miles west of Aberdeen. Mix of traditional granite housing, riverside cottages and modern estates. Belmont covers Banchory and the surrounding Deeside villages (Kincardine O'Neil, Strachan, Crathes) for boiler work week in, week out.

  • Ellon

    • AB41

Aberdeenshire town fifteen miles north of the city on the A90. Mix of older granite housing and modern estates, mostly combi-fitted with some oil heating on rural roads. We cover Ellon for boiler repair, annual servicing, new installs and CP12 certificates, typically grouping jobs with Newburgh or Balmedie on the same run.
