What is a CP12 certificate?
CP12 is the Landlord Gas Safety Record — the certificate issued after the annual gas safety inspection a UK landlord is legally required to commission for each rented property. It confirms every gas appliance, flue and pipework has been checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
How long is a CP12 valid for?
Twelve months from the date of the inspection. The next one has to be done between ten and twelve months later — earlier is fine, later puts the landlord in breach. We diary your portfolio if you want us to remind you.
How much is a CP12 in Aberdeen?
