Ring the National Gas Emergency line.
For a suspected gas leak in Scotland, the priority is the gas emergency service rather than a private plumber. Ring 0800 111 999 immediately — the line is free, 24/7, and they'll dispatch an emergency response. Don't use any electrical switches or open flames, open windows if it's safe to do so, and leave the property until the responders arrive. Once the emergency is contained, ring us about repairs and certification.
